OUR PRODUCTS

The packaging industry is growing by more than 30% per annum globally, where the woven sacks sector has played a key role in this growth. Woven Sacks are used for packaging of food products, agro-products, sugar, fertilizers, cements, chemicals, animal & pet food, spices & nuts, tea & coffee, minerals and many more commodities. We offer packaging options like BOPP bags (with/ without clear window), flexographically printed woven bags (laminated/ unlaminated), woven bags with centre/ shifted gusseting options, woven bags with various cutting options (like zig-zag cut, heat cut and blade cut), bags with anti-skid, perforation and holes, bags with various handle options and FIBC bags (in various shapes, sizes and spout options).

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

Our production setup has a capacity to produce about 4,800 MT of woven products per annum with high quality printing.

The 68,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility houses world-class machinery, which includes Lohia Corp. Duotec Tape Extrusion Line and Circular Looms, Extrusion Lamination Plant, Rotogravure BOPP Printing Machine, Flexographic Printing Machine, Bag-Conversion Systems, Gusseting Systems, and Stitching Machines. Our utilities have been sourced from globally renowned suppliers, aiming at optimizing functioning of all primary machines.

Our in-house quality control laboratory is equipped to test products for parameters required by customers as per Indian and International standards.

OUR TARGET SECTORS

Our products have a holding capacity range of 3 kg to 50 kg for small bags and 500kg and beyond for FIBC bags. Such bags generally cater to a wide range of industries such as grains & pulses, fertilizers, animal & pet food, spices, cement & minerals, flour and seeds.
