Yash Management & Satellite Ltd.

Yash Management & Satellite Ltd. (YMSL) is a publicly listed company at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Headquartered in Mumbai, the company has a strong business background of nearly three decades. Presently the company is involved in merchant imports & exports, indigenous wholesale trades of agricultural products like food grains, all types of metals including precious metals and various other commodities/ products. As a major next step forward, the company has decided to promote and support its subsidiary, Sudarshan Polyfab Pvt. Ltd., to set up a factory of sun-rise products ‘woven sacks’ and is being managed by highly educated and energetic young entrepreneurs.

Sudarshan Extrusions Pvt. Ltd.

Sudarshan Pipes is founded and promoted by Mr. Arvind Salampuria, who has over 30 years of experience in the polymer pipes industry. Sudarshan Pipes is a manufacturer of world-class PVC and HDPE piping systems for domestic, agricultural, and industrial sectors. Sudarshan Pipes has two manufacturing units, each specializing in PVC pipes and HDPE pipes respectively. Since 2003, Sudarshan Pipes is owner and manufacturer of leading brand for uPVC Column Pipes used with borehole submersible pumps to lift underground water. Sudarshan Column Pipes is present in 15 countries with over a million satisfied customers. The PVC division manufactures and exports submersible cables, agri-pressure pipes, casing pipes, uPVC and cPVC plumbing pipes, SWR pipes, underground drainage pipes, conduit pipes and their respective fittings.

Sudarshan Pipes Extrusions Pvt. Ltd.

Sudarshan Pipes Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. (SPEPL), was incorporated in Bangalore, India in 2018, with a modern high-tech facility to manufacture polyethylene (PE) pipes. Sudarshan HDPE pipes are manufactured by SPEPL at Dabaspet, Bangalore, Karnataka (India). Sudarshan HDPE pipes are in-house laboratory tested to achieve uncompromising quality, consistency and meet national and international standards. Various products manufactured by SPEPL are HDPE pipes, MDPE pipes, PLB Ducts, Gas pipelines, drip & sprinkler systems, and their respective fittings. With an annual production capacity of 24,000 MT of PVC, HDPE Pipes and Drip pipes, Sudarshan Pipes is one of the largest polymer pipes processors in South India. Today, it fulfils a wide range of piping requirements including irrigation, plumbing, drainage, and cable-ducting.

Mr. Anurag Gupta, CA

CMD - Yash Management & Satellite Ltd.

Mr. Anurag Gupta is the Chairman and Managing Director of Yash Management & Satellite Ltd., parent company of Sudarshan Polyfab Pvt. Ltd. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (CA) and has more than three decades of post-qualification experience in various business fields. His expertise rests in helping companies raise funds through equity (from institutions & public) and loans (from banks), business planning & strategy, financial planning, and management consultancy. Prior to founding Yash Management & Satellite Ltd., he led a chemical manufacturing company and raised long term funding for various clients.

Mr. Arvind Salampuria, CA

Promoter-Director

Mr. Arvind Salampuria is the promoter-director of Sudarshan Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. (SEPL) and Sudarshan Pipes Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. (SPEPL). He has more than three decades of experience in manufacturing and marketing of plastic pipes. He is also experienced in manufacturing woven fabric and bags. He joins the company as promoter-director and mentor. He was secretary of Bihar PVC Pipe Manufacturing Association during 1998-2003. Presently he is an active member of All India Plastic Manufacturing Association, Rotary International and director of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), Bangalore.

Mr. Aniruddh Goyal, CA

Promoter - Jt. Managing Director

Mr. Aniruddh Goyal is the promoter-director of Sudarshan Polyfab Pvt. Ltd. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, with more than two decades of experience. He has headed the finance division of a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Nigeria, Africa for over 8 years. Having associated with a textile unit in Mumbai, he holds relevant experience in the textile industry.

Mr. Yash Gupta, CA & MBA

Promoter - Jt. Managing Director

Mr. Yash Gupta is the promoter-director of Sudarshan Polyfab Pvt. Ltd. He is Fellow Chartered Accountant (CA) and an MBA graduate from MDI – Gurgaon. He has worked with multinational corporations like Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Credit Suisse and has dealt with clients from diverse backgrounds, ranging from manufacturing to service industry.
